Collaboration

The Collaboration is invited by the Eurasian Research Organization.
Educational Universities, Institutions, Colleges, Schools,  Governmental Associations, Corporates, Industries and Companies are invited to sign  Memorandums of Cooperation /  Memorandums of Understanding (MoU)  with us as Knowledge Partners and to participate in Exchange programs. Our Collaboration / Memorandum of Understanding is Free of Cost.

Who can send interest and sign an MoU with us ? : 

  • Head Authorized Persons of  Universities – Institutions – Colleges.  ( Rector, Department Head, Dean, I/C Head, Registrar, Vice Chancellor, Chancellor, Director, HOI, Rector, Principal, IQAC Head.   
  • Authorized Head person from Association, Industry, Company or Corporate Firm.

Benefits of Collaboration – MoU  with us :

  • Academic benefit for institutional grades in rankings and evaluations at the global level.
  • Professional or educational events organized by us in partnership or affiliation. Promotion of events on our organization’s website and in related magazines (at no cost).
  • Faculty members and staff members may be invited to speak as keynote speakers or as guests at conferences, seminars, and other professional or educational gatherings.
  • Faculty members and other members can serve as Subject Matter Experts for lectures on a variety of subjects in workshops and other training sessions.
  • To ensure that activities and programs are carried out efficiently and effectively, a joint coordination committee can be established.
  • Organizing professional and industrial training sessions for industry representatives.
  • Connecting with representatives from the business world, researchers, scientists, and academics.
  • Publishing a conference, seminar, or symposium with an ISBN and a concession in ISSN journals.

Objectives of  Collaboration –  MoU:

  • To offer a shared venue for the sharing of opinions and ideas about planning and carrying out professional, academic, and industrial projects.
  • To raise the delegates’, researchers’, and teachers’ level of knowledge.
  • To contribute to raising university graduation rates and rankings
  • To utilize and exchange one other’s databases, libraries, documentation, and other instrumental and associated infrastructural resources.
  • To share knowledge and set up collaborative training sessions, lectures, seminars, workshops, FDPs, and PDPs for educators and students.
  • To coordinate information sharing and set up workshops, seminars, and training sessions for businesses, employees, and industries.

Activities and Programs:
The organizations based upon the principle of respect for each other’s independence and of mutual benefit, will carry out the following activities.

  • Programs for Personal Development and Educational Research Events.
  • Programs for Faculty Development, Student Development, and Personal Development.
  • Faculty members serving as speakers, honorary guests, and visiting lecturers.
  • Planning and carrying out symposiums, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • A venue for research or project work presentations and exhibitions.
  • Opportunities for publications at the international level through conferences and seminars.
  • Publishing and information sharing.
  • Employers, companies, and industries can benefit from professional training and skill programs.
  • Conferences, workshops, seminars, training sessions, lectures, faculty, staff, and FDPs and PDPs.
  • Conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings, FDPs, and PDPs for businesses, workers, and industries.
  • Seek financial support for initiatives or activities from businesses, organizations, or governmental entities.

Responsibility of Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host : Institute/college/university or its department on joining the event as – Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host / supporter – committee members need to seriously take responsibility for promotion of the event for a minimum number of paid participants. 

Arrangement :  A ready pre planned management with joint committee, keynote or plenary speakers, event schedule, brochure, flyers for promotions of the event will be prepared and available from RCS/ ISRA. 

Disclosure of collaboration terms & conditions :  If collaboration institute/college/university  not fulfilled  a minimum  number of paid participants engagement in the event from their side or other source contacts;   then we shall remove such institute/college/university name, logo and committee members  before the event date.
