Publication Guidelines

Paper/ Article/ Project/ Monograph   Manuscript Submission:   The manuscripts are welcome as per our a specific journal  scope – subject areas.  Moreover, submitted manuscript must not be previously accepted  or  published elsewhere. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work this has been appropriately cited or quoted.  Submit in our   ‘Manuscript Submission Template’.

Submit the paper/article electronically as attachment:   SUBMIT ONLINE    or  on E-mail ID of the Journal Editor as per all instructions following as under.

Language: Language of the articles should be only in English.     (For other languages  words, lines, quotes in  between paper/article –   mention its English translation in  (…) bracket just beside/ after)

Manuscript Format:   (Full Paper / Article must be prepared in to our Template) 

File Type: Authors should submit the articles only in editable  MS-word format (doc./docx.),

Page Format:  A4 pages,   Single Column – single spaced type,  Line spacing – 1.0 , Narrow margin.

Font Type:     English –   Times new roman,    or     for other languages (Unicode type)

Theory – Contents fonts size:  TITLE – 20 points and Bold,  subtitles –  11 points  and Bold,  Contents – 11 points,  theory text – 11 points.

Figures/ Tables/Charts: (with numbering eg. 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1) at proper place and in center.

Size of Submission:   Paper / Article file should be approx. 2 to 10 pages / 1000  to  5000 words / 3 MB as per mentioned publication processing charge.   ( For above limit file publication processing charge will be extra),   In any case the size of the file should never exceed 30 pages/15000 words/15 MB owing to file restriction implied.

  • Processing Charge/fee :      50 USD     (upto 4  Authors  –   2 to 10 pages / 1000  to 5000 words / 3 MB),   
  • Additional Words/Page  Charge:   5 USD   for  each extra 500 words / 1 page.
  • Additional Author Charge:   10 USD

The authors should note that there is No submission charge/fee; however, there is a reasonable Article/Paper Processing Charge (APC/PPC) of each accepted Article/Paper to meet the cost of Website Management Charges, server and website update and maintenance, Manuscript handling, Review process,  electronic archiving and Office cum admin expenses.  The Journal accepts nominal Publication and Handling Fee only from authors after their manuscripts has been accepted for Publication by the Managing Editor.

Journal Online Subscription Charge:     $  100 USD  per Year.


Authors  must confirm the following:

  • Submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s).
  • Only unpublished manuscripts should be submitted, and this will be emphasized in the cover letter.
  • It is not ethical to submit the same paper to multiple journals simultaneously.
  • Any potential conflicts of interest for each author should be clearly stated at the time of submission.
  • Indicate the sources of data/support used in the preparation of the manuscript. These may include: Foundations, grantors, donors, supporting institutions that provided insight and expertise that significantly supported the research.
  • If authors discover any errors or inaccuracies after publication their work, they must report them immediately to the journal editors.
  • All authors are responsible for the content of their paper.
  • When reproducing figures and/or schematics from previous publications, it is the author’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate permission from the respective editors.

Authorship of the paper /article:

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Acknowledgement of sources :

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit, written permission from the source. Information obtained in the course of confidential services, such as refereeing manuscripts or grant applications, must not be used without the explicit written permission of the author of the work involved in these services.

General similarity ratio of contents-theory :

  • Similarity Index – Plagiarism Ratio 5% – 10%: The document contains plagiarism or similarity at low risk. ACCEPTABLE
  • Similarity Index – Plagiarism Ratio 11% – 20%: The document contains moderate plagiarism or similarity. ACCEPTABLE.  Please revise your paper.
  • Similarity Index – Plagiarism Ratio 20%+: The document contains high-level plagiarism or similarity. REJECT: The Editorial Board will REJECT your manuscript.

DOIs:  “Digital Object Identification System” number is of Eurasian Research Organization Journals as free,   currently we do not provide paid DOI of other agencies.    (Authors are free to get paid DOI of other agencies for personal profile listing)
